For the 'Leave' side: businessman and Labour financial backer John Mills and Conservative MEP (former deputy leader of UKIP), David Campbell Bannerman. For the 'Remain' side: Lucy Thomas, Deputy Director of Britain Stronger In Europe and Andy Bagnall, Campaigns Director for the CBI.  Political journalist Peter Oborne will also be on the panel.
